CultureShock is an annual youth arts festival for 13-19 year olds which takes place from Thursday 1st to Saturday 3rd July 2010 at Hambleton Leisure Centre, Stone Cross Fields, Northallerton, North Yorkshire.

Line-up

The first acts announced are Lethal Bizzle, Utah Saints, Little Comets, White Light Parade, Brixton Rowers, Not For Rental, Leaving Fortune, Delay Your Silence, The Reluctance, Forget Tomorrow, Best Kept Secret, and Carnelian. More acts will be announced soon.

The festival provides 6 performance stages including a main stage, giant acoustic tipi and dance/theatre stage. CultureShock provides an opportunity for young bands, artists, soloists, actors and dancers to showcase their talents to their peers.

Workshops

The festival offers young people the opportunity to take part in loads of fantastic workshops from Street Art to Bollywood Dance, Banner Painting to Invisible theatre plus much much more.

Camping

Camping is available with organised youth groups.

The weekend music festival organised by North Yorkshire County Council's Connecting Youth Culture team.
