InMe never fail to impress when playing live, and so it was with a warm welcome that they played this years Download Festival. Admittedly they seem to be one of those bands that have kept fans waiting and waiting for their second album, which all being well should be released very shortly.

They still have a very big following, which was demonstrated by the way the Snickers stage was rammed to the rafters full of people trying to catch a glimpse of what could quite easily be one of the best bands around in a few years time.

Their set mainly consisted of material from their debut album ‘Overgrown Eden’, however they did play a new track but I couldn’t catch what they had called it, their new album sounded like it was called ‘White Butterfly’, their new material sounds even meatier than their previous material and will certainly be worth buying when it finally released.

They saved the biggest crowd pleaser until last ‘Neptune’, which left every one on a high and feeling that they have at least seen one decent band today!

InMe have mastered the art of playing live to such a high standard that they are clearly worthy of a better slot at next years Download festival.
