This year the Endorse-It In-Dorset Festival is providing a brand new experience for guitar playing festival goers - The Axe Factor. Combining the internet and punk band Fat, Drunk and Stupid, Axe Factor will provide a stage, band, guitars and all the songs up front for you to learn on the web from early May 2008. Then when you're there you can join in on stage. For those who don't play guitar, but want a chance to get on stage, back by popular demand is the Endorse-It Punk Karaoke.
New this year and exclusive to Endorse it will also be Pub Joke Karaoke, where willing audience members get the opportunity to get up on stage and try their hand or more appropriately, stain resistant trouser power, live on stage. Not to worry as the jokes are pre-written and there will be a couple of caustic put-downs to deal with any hecklers brave enough to do any 'back seat' comedy.
Comedy is hosted by Hosted by MC Bentley, and this year includes Susan Vale, Tim Ewins, Susan Murray, Ian Cognito, Hack Saw and Lobotomy - Familiar from their other guise as Hobo Jones & The Junkyard Dogs, Paul B Edwards, and Del Strain.
