A safe, family friendly festival with an 'old school' feel which takes place near the village of Sixpenny Handley. The festival has built a reputation for quality entertainment at an affordable price.

Endorse-It In-Dorset returns in 2011 as an intimate festival for 5,00 festival goers on Friday 12th to Sunday 14th August 2011, taking place in the green open setting of Cranborne Chase, Dorset.

Line-up

The Rezillos, New Model Army, Dub Pistols, Pronghorn, The Wurzels, Banco de Gaia, and The Cropdusters will headline. Joining them across seven stages will be The Members, The Bus Station Loonies, The Toasters, UK Subs, The Vibrators, Zodiac Mindwarp And The Love Reaction, The Boot Hill All Stars, Radical Dance Faction (RDF), Alabama 3 (acoustic & unplugged), The Urban Voodoo Machine, The Mighty Howard, Pilots, The Ace Trio, Subgiant, The Skimmity Hitchers, Inbredz, P.N.U.K., Citizen Fish, Los Albertos, Fat Drunk Stupid, Inner Terrestrials, Optic Nerves, Peter and the Test Tube Babies, Tragic Roundabout, and many more. Expect a line-up of acts from up-and-coming local bands and Dorset favourites to international stars plus some DJs offering a mixture of ska, dub, punk and more. The entertainment will once again be weather-proof, with three main tented stages.

Entertainment

The festivals also has a great kids area, late night entertainment, comedy, food, beers and ciders, stalls, family camping area, healing area, chill-out area, woods for exploring, crazy Wrekon sculptures, and more.

The Charity in Honour of Joe Strummer of The Clash - Strummerville, return with their campfire sessions showcasing new talent around the only fire allowed on site.

Pixie Chill will be making a welcome return to run the hidden area of light refreshment, chilled vibes and serene garden over the weekend.

Kids

Children of all ages are well catered for. The theme for the children's area this year is 'Wild West' with a dress-up theme for 'Cowpunks and Indians', so children of all ages are invited to bring their best Stetson or headdress and get ready for Sunday's Hoedown.

Community

Endorse it in Dorset works in close partnership with the local community. This year the local Scout Group is running the festival shop and will receive all profits from it. The festival's bars serve locally pressed cider and our Endorse It's own festival ale is brewed by a local brewery.

Tickets

Early bird tickets are no longer available. Prices include three day entry to Endorse it in Dorset 2011 and weekend camping. Tickets are priced as follows:

Day tickets are also available priced at £25 for Friday and £35 a day for Saturday & Sunday. A relative vehicle pass (car or live in vehicle) is also needed, and camping for the night of the relevant day ticket is included.

Ladies Day

The day in celebration of all things female is once again returning to the Sunday of Endorse It, as will be Scrumpy Sunday (complete with a performance by Cider-drinking legends The Wurzels!), and the 'must-do' festival experience; live punk karaoke with the world's premier punk tribute band, Fat Drunk Stupid. - the scrumpy will be a'flowin'

Fancy performing?

Endorse-It has various open mic venues where festival goers can pitch up and show off what they've got. Watch out for up and coming talent and impromptu performances by some of the main acts.

ATM's on site

There will be cash machines on site for the first time this year.
