The 9th annual Free Folkfest in Burnham-on-Sea will take place from Thursday 28th until Sunday 31st August 2014.

This is an acoustic folk festival, with free activities in pubs around the town centre with over 90 acts, dancers, workshops, exhibitions, market, refreshments, kids' entertainment at various venues throughout Burnham-on-Sea. All free.

The first acts confirmed were RSVP who headline Folkfest Sunday in the Park, and Inc.A who headline the Princess Stage. The Urban Folk Quartet for this year's Friday Concert at the Princess Theatre (this event is ticketed with a price of £10 for the Friday Night Concert tickets on sale soon from the Princess Theatre and Arts Centre.
