The 11th Fuse Lichfield, organised by Lichfield Arts, takes place from Friday 8th to Sunday 10th July 2011. Now in it's 11th year the festival offers a weekend of music and arts under canvas in Beacon Park, Lichfield, Staffs.

The FREE family community arts festival has a culturally diverse mix of events, performances and activities for all ages. The theme for 2011 is Move it! Make it! Swing it! Shake it!

Line-up

Friday: Influx, Maximum 90, Three's Company, Stray Dog, Chris Elliot, Man on Tour, Continuum, The Offbeat, Louise Petit, Tom Woodman, Go Ukulele Crazy!, Chris Newcombe & Dave Simcox, Michael Jones.
Saturday: Noon Café de Kashmir, Catapult, Roz Bruce, Whimwise, The Roving Crows, Madhalibut, Monster Ceildih Band, Johnny and the Speedos, Bourbon Street Stompers, To'mezclao, Halo Glow Walkabout, Judith Israel & her team, Dave & Dominic Simcox and Tom Hutchinson, Go Ukulele Crazy, Dangerous Dave, Lichfield Lighthouse Company, Kate Judge, Ssshhh! Silent Disco, Pedralta World Fusion Bellydance, Luca Vincent, Amy Collins, Jack Coates, The Dirty Cheats, Barricadesrise, Kerry Smyth, James Jack, Culdesac, Matt Tyler, The Mott Men, The Low Orders.
Sunday: Church Service, Michael Jones, City of Lichfield Concert Band, Chloe and the Tomcats, Global Reggae Band, Journeys & Quests, Dr Palfi and Nurse Narcissus, Dr Palfi and Minny's Not The Flying Tortoise Show, The Fuse Arts Fair, Timothy Harrington, Sketch Book Theatre, Joanne Woodward & Heather Fowler.

Entertainment

Lots of events and activities will involve dance of many types including a very special community dance performance. The event offers music from national and local bands, workshops (dance, poetry, circus skills, singing, songwriting), performances (Poetry, comedy, theatre, dance, storytelling), art and craft activities. There will also be plenty for kids to do, an Arts Fair, Art Exhibition, licensed bar, food vendors and a craft market. There's free parking nearby and the park is just a few minutes walk from the city centre, bus and rail stations.

No camping is allowed on site but there are camping and accommodation options nearby.
