Offering reggae, traditional and contemporary folk, African, dancehall, and dub, The Gateway International Roots Music Festival takes place annually and offers an eclectic mix of acts from the roots music scene.
Nestled on the edge of the Lake District, Kendal's Brewery Arts Centre played host to nearly three weeks of gigs from performers from all over the world up until 2010 when they decided to hold gigs instead.
