ExperiEssencE 2012

This year's Gaunts Summer Gathering has transformed and is called 'ExperiEssencE, held for five days from Thursday 9th until Sunday 12th August at the tranquil Dorset country house setting, near Wimborne, Dorset.

Tickets

Ticket prices have not yet been announced and are not yet on sale. Everything is included in the entry price except your food, drinks and therapies.

Sacred Gathering

ExperiEssencE 2012 will be a conscious and sacred Gathering, a consciousness orientated event, in a sacred environment, with an atmosphere that reflects this. This means doing things differently. There will of course still be plenty of opportunities for all the regular experiences the event traditionally offers. However, instead of a hectic timetable, where people feel rushed into and out of workshops, there will be seven large experience spaces. These spaces (Sound space, movement space, nature space, etc) will be more free-flowing, allowing attendees to drift in and out more easily and freely. There will be a 24 hour Zen meditation tent, facilitated by Daizan, the first English Zen Master in the Rinzai Zen Tradition. The majority of the food will be provided by the lovely Buddhafield Community.

Transformation

This years' Gathering will still include many life changing and transformational experiences such as sounds baths, live music, drumming, dance, Yoga, Meditation...etc, etc...However, with the focus changing to create a more peaceful, flowing, atmosphere & event.

Camping

The event offers camping in the surroundings or attendees can stay in the Gaunts mansion house.
