San Franciscan deep house duo Dubtribe and cutting edge Asian fusioneers Panjabi Hi Squad are Friday night headliners on the Roots Stage. They set an eclectic tone to be repeated throughout the weekend. With his longstanding Radio 1Xtra show, DJ/artist and Saturday headliner Bobby Friction has done more than anyone to promote the contemporary Asian sound. Hes supported by the likes of slick-ass lovers funk duo Chromeo and the electric lovers rock of Cut Copy. Things cool down on Sunday with a dub reggae session including Iration Steppas, Daddy G (Massive Attack), Alpha & Omega, and Seeed.
