Last updated: Fri 19th Jul 2013

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED.
Hevy Music Festival has been cancelled.

A statement from Hevy Music Festival says:

"It is with heavy hearts that we announce the cancellation of this year's festival.

Despite our best efforts to continue without the camping set-up, the change of venue has been more problematic than anticipated. It is time to draw a line under 2013, and look to the future to make sure next year's festival is everything Hevy should be.

This has been a turbulent year for us, and we are very sorry to have let our audience down.

Ticket holders will receive a refund from their ticket agents."
====================

Hevy Music Festival was due to return to Port Lympne Wildlife Park, but in April they were told they were not welcome. Where the new location will now be has not yet been announced, from Friday 2nd until Sunday 4th August 2013 for a fifth year.

Weatherproofing

Hevy puts a roof over every stage, merging the original four existing stages into three, with the two alternating Main Stages under one roof (which means there are now no clashes for all major bands) and the Red Bull Bedroom Jam Stage boasting it's own tent.

This is an age 14+ only event.

More information will be here when available.
