The dates for the 13th Jersey Live are confirmed (subject to licence) as Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th September 2016.
The site's opening and closing hours are midday to midnight on Saturday and midday to 11pm on Sunday. Subject to the organisers gaining the Bailiff’s permission.
The Jerseylive Festival is an indie/dance festival staged in the Royal Jersey Showgrounds, Jersey, in the Channel Islands, off the coast of France.
Line-up
Latest additions Shy FX & Stamina MC, Shadow Child, Redlight, Catz N Dogz, My Nu Leng, Format:B, MJ Cole, Weiss, Gotsome, Camelphat The Beat, Mungo Jerry, Lucy Spraggan, Gypsy Hill, Zak Abel, Shlomo, Professor Elemental, The Smooth Hounds, and Citizen X.
Disclosure, and Madness will headline a night on the main stage with special guests Richard Ashcroft, and Sigma. Plus Snakehips, Rat Boy, Spring King, Public Service Broadcasting, The Skints, Dreadzone, Black Honey, J HUS, Absolute Bowie, and Mozaics, with more acts to be announced.
Tickets
The early bird offer has ended. A (13+) weekend ticket is priced at £95, a day ticket is priced at £65, a child (Aged 12 years and under) weekend ticket is priced at £30, and a child day ticket is priced at £20. There are also hospitality weekend ticket options available.
Coach Single Day: £5. There are also hospitality weekend ticket options available.
Children's charity
Jersey Live supports a children's charity each year, meaning that a charity will benefit from receiving a charitable donation from children's tickets sold at the festival.
Disabled facilities
There are toilets and easy access to all areas. Guide dogs are the only animals permitted on site.
The site
The 10,000 capacity festival boasts five stages in total: The Main Stage, Dance Stage hosting stellar indie and dance acts, with the JT Stage hosting local and up-and-coming international bands, and the Hospitality Stage. The Kids Field Big Top Stage will host children’s entertainers, expect to see acts as diverse as cbeebies, animal man, magician’s and much much more!
There's also a fairground, food village, craft stalls, face painters, candyfloss, smoothies, hot dogs….and the like.
Note
No glass, umbrellas, tents, chairs, bottles, cans, containers, alcohol or food is permitted at the festival. Water up to 500ml per person is permitted. CCTV cameras will be in operation around the festival site.
This a a non camping event, security will remove anybody camping in the area. There are registered campsites available.
Shuttle coach
There is a shuttle coach service running round trips to the festival from People's Park in St Helier. There is parking for 800 cars but organisers strongly recommend that festival goers use the shuttle coach service.
