Started in 2012 The Lunar Festival is held at the home of Nick Drake, and is similar o its sister festivals, Moseley Folk & Mostly Jazz Funk & Soul offering the additional bonus of camping for every ticket holder. There will be also separate area for anyone looking to get a quiet night sleep.
During the day there is a full programme of activities to keep the whole family entertained including Green crafts, Daily Yoga, Cinema Club, Sausage making workshop, Circus skills workshops, Guerilla knitting, Yoghurt weaving and Cabaret whilst the Umberslade farm will also be free for families to use.
At night the festival will change its focus to the various pop up mini-nightclubs whilst the main bar will become center stage for household DJ's to keep the party going into the early hours.
Organisers announced the event would be taking a year out in 2017.
