The 33rd Monmouth Festival, offers a series of events and entertainments taking place in the South Wales town in the Wye valley.

The festival will run from Friday 24th July until Saturday 1st August, with Carnival Sunday happening on 26th July.

About

The festival offers a diverse range of musical genres from rock, classical, pop, folk, jazz, ska, punk, world music and beyond for a celebration of the town and its community, and a chance to see the best of local and national musicians. All the concerts are free, mostly taking place nightly on the main open-air stage in Blestium Street car park, as well as at St Mary's Church, and Three Horseshoes pub.

Uncle Funk & The Boogie Wonderband, The Pollen Count, UK Foo Fighters, A Fool and his Money, Bare Knuckle Parade, The Wurzels, Max Weeden, Crisis Talks, The Lash, Sky Valley Mistress, The Vitamins, Turrentine Jones, Big Mac's Wolly Soul Band, Mr Biggz & Funkmaster Bates, Filthy Gorgeous, Mutha Lovin Chimps, The Talks, Red Racer, China Crisis, Monmouth Festival Ensemble, Mansel Davies, Devon Cassells, Joseph & Maia, Rive, Silurian, Sing-a-long-a Grease, The Ceri Williams Quartet, Pontypridd Male Voice Choir, MT Knight, The Tom Catz, and The Sunshine Roadshow.

There's fun for all the family too on Carnival day, with stalls, workshops, street entertainers, a funfair, and other entertainment.
