The ninth Moseley Folk Festival takes place at Moseley Park, Moseley, Birmingham, from Friday 29th to Sunday 31st August 2014, opening from 11am until 10pm every day.

Headliners Johnny Marr, The Waterboys, and Richard Thompson, with Thurston Moore, The Felice Brothers, Lau Jimi Goodwin, Samantha Crain, Martha Tilston & The Scientists, Lisa O'Neill, Stealing Sheep, Woods, Boat To Row, Arc Iris, The Rails, Marissa Nadler, The Old Dance School, Lisa Knapp, Miles Hunt & Erica Nockalls, Tom Hickox, Zervas and Pepper, Deborah Rose, Georgia Ruth, Olion Byw, Alice Boman, Dan Whitehouse, Olof Arnalds, Lords of Thyme, boo Hewerdine, Grey Wolf, Chicken Bone John, Midnight Bonfires, Count Drachma, Julie Byrne, and Gren Bartley.
Tickets
An early bird weekend adult ticket is priced at £85, a kids (aged 12-15) weekend ticket is priced at £35, a family weekend (2 adults & 2 kids under 16) is priced at £180. A Friday day ticket is priced at £35 (kids £15), Saturday or Sunday is priced at £37 (kids £15). Children under 12 years old may enter for free with a paying adult. Two day combo tickets are also available.

The festival provides plenty of marquee cover, well-stocked real ale and scrumpy (cash) bars, plus fine food and refreshments, children's area with entertainment, hand powered fairground rides, face painting, music making workshops, and storytelling pirates, along with a new healing and workshop area nestling in the dell behind the fishermen's hut, more sessions and live music in and around the pubs of Moseley.
