The 15th Musicport takes place from Friday 17th until Sunday 19th October 2014, at Whitby Pavilion, in North Yorkshire.
Line-up
Latest additions are Michelle Scally Clarke, Olcay Bayir, Unfinished Drawings, and Barcode Zebra.

Tickets
The early bird offer has ended. An adult weekend ticket is priced at £95. Day tickets are also available priced at £25 for Friday night, £45 for Saturday (All Day 9am-after midnight), and £40 for Sunday (9am-Midnight).
Indoor camping
Indoor camping is available at Brunswick Centre. A new feature of this year’s festival is indoor camping, which at £25 per head for full weekend, gives a cost effective and festival-appropriate option that combats the weather. Enquiries & booking of this space limited facility 01947 603475

With over 50 acts in one indoor venue over 5 stages the music comes from acts from around the world. The festival also includes live art projections in the DJ cafe, free fringe events at The Metropole Hotel, films, workshops, a festival bazaar as well as themed food and real ale street events, school and community workshops.
This year sees an a new all-acoustic venue at La Rosa Hotel, the return of the Open Mic stage and a Workshops & Cookbook project. There will be a host of workshops running alongside the main programme and this years special project will be a series of cookery demonstrations by artists with recipes from their diverse cultures which together with recipes collected from audience members will form the basis of a cookbook Recipes From A World Of Music to be produced in collaboration with Yorkshire based company Route Publishing.
Musicport has recently heard it has been awarded a grant of £41k from Arts Council England to help develop, over the next year, its infrastructure and to support its programme of activities including its high profile international festival in October.
Sol Cinema
Another new feature at the festival will be the Sol Cinema, the worlds smallest cinema, where an audience of 8 are treated with red carpet, usherettes and popcorn to a cinematic experience for short films in a beautifully converted caravan.
