One Love festival, happens from Friday 6th until Sunday 8th August 2010, and moves to a new location in 2010 Hainault Forest Country Park, in London.

Line-up

Confirmed for 2010 are headliners Luciano, and Mikey General alongside acts that include Adrian Sherwood, Conscious Sounds feat King General, Daddy Colonel, David Rodigan, Dub Rockers, Earl Gateshead, Mungos Hi Fi, Muscle Head, Nereus Joseph, Papa Levi, Roger Robin, Rootikal DJs, Ruben Da Silva, Saxon Sound System, Senior Sandy, Silent Disco, Trevor Sax, Trojan Sound System, Twilight Circus Dub Sound System, and Unity Hi FI. Ethos

Created in recognition of one of the worlds greatest ever rock gig, Bob Marley's famous 1978 'One Love' concert, the One Love Festival is the UK's only annual Reggae Camping Festival. The organisers have confirmed that they have teamed up with the Pestalozzi International Village Trust Charity as well.

Tickets

The early bird ticket offer has ended. Tickets are now priced as follows:
Regular weekend tickets including camping adults £90, children (under 14) £50, and family tickets are priced at £200 (2 adult, 2 Children).
Day tickets are priced at £40 for Friday/Saturday and £30 for Sunday for adults. Children day tickets are £20 for Friday/Saturday, and £15 for Sunday.
Live in vehicles are priced at £30 per vehicle.
Car park ticket £5.
Children tickets are for all kids aged under 14, and they must be accompanied by adults.

A special payment plan has been introduced to help festival goers spread the cost of their ticket into two payments.

On site

One Love offers festival goers hundreds of performing artists and visual DJs, playing a selection of Reggae, Dub, and Electronic music. Staged amongst four music areas, the festival will also bring a whole host of additional entertainment, including a new healing and green field area, body and soul tent, spoken word area, workshops and lectures. A pirate themed Caribbean Carnival Procession, larger campsite, Fair Trade Village, food from around the world, market stalls selling a range of craft and wares and more.

Amenities

This site offers 24-hour secure camping, doubling the campsite from last year. There's a separate family and quiet area that is secure and facilities include compost toilets.

Note

Please note that no bottles, cans, containers, alcohol, food, chairs, tables, or picnic equipment may be brought into the arena, any found will be confiscated. Water and non-alcoholic drinks in plastic bottles with unbroken seals up to 500ml are permitted.

Environmental

The Festival has also kept true to its environmental roots, boasting 100% compost toilets, a target of 80% recycling, solar showers within the campsite and suitable noise management policies­ including the infamous Silent Disco.

Getting there

Just an hour's train journey from London, and 5 minutes drive from the A22 One Love Festival is set within 70 acres of organic countryside that has a Farm Shop selling local farm produce and daily papers for morning campers, with farm tours, and country meadow walks.
