The 11th Sounds from the Other City showcasing new music from from Manchester and beyond which takes over Chapel Street, Salford from 3pm to 4am on Sunday 4th May 2014.

As well as music the event will offer art installations, karaoke, spoken word, croquet, yarn-bombing, fine booze and food.

Venues

Venues taking part are expected to include the huge Old Pint Pot, St Philips Church, Islington Mill and Salford University's Peel Hall.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
