Picnic in the Park 2004

This event is intended to be a family afternoon out (no bottles or cans etc please!), in support a number of charities including the British Heart Foundation, Harpenden Trust, Wooden Spoon Society and NCH. Gates open at 2pm with the first act expected on stage around 4pm. Full food and bar facilities will be available in the arena. There's also an on-site internet café (with live links to the backstage area), a funfair and a firework finale.

The line-up is as follows: Blue (headlining); Lulu; Jamelia; Pearl; and Jenny Frost.

Limited car parking will be available on site (tickets £6 in advance or £10 on the day). Routes to the venue will be busy before and after so the organisers are encouraging ticketholders to utilise public transport wherever possible. The venue is approximately 20 mins walk from Harpenden Railway Station.
