Sligo Live 2006

Sligo Live takes place from Friday the 2nd of June to Sunday the 4th of June at Sligo racecourse, in Sligo, Ireland.

The festival brings a gathering of folk, traditional and roots musicians under one giant tented arena. Confirmed artists to play include Sinead O'Connor, The Proclaimers, Dervish, Midknight Well, Declan O'Rourke, Solas, Martin Haynes and Dennis Cahill, Ron Sexsmith, Kate Rusby and Duke Special.

The festival will also include a full bar, food village, air fiddle competition, new age theatre and free parking. Tickets can be bought on 0870 2434455.
