THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLED
The organisers have issued the following statement:-
It is with regret that we are writing to tell you that we are not putting on People's Party this year, but postponing it until July 2008.
After our original venue, Elton Hall, pulled out, we found a fantastic new site near Bournemouth, but faced logistical problems that could not be resolved in the short time period left until the event. As this is our first event, we are naturally keen to put on the best festival we possibly could, so it is with reluctance that we have postponed the event.
However, we are committed to putting on People's Party in 2008 and would still like your involvement.
Thank you for your time and enthusiasm, we're as disappointed as you are that it won't be happening this year but we simply didn't want to sacrifice any of the quality of the event.
We will be announcing a provisional bill and putting tickets on sale for People's Party in December 2007.
