Boring By The Sea Festival 2008

This is the inaugural Boring By The Sea Festival which takes place across 3 tiny venues over one day, Sunday 29th June in Weymouth, Dorset. The festival will feature not only the best new music from Dorset and surrounding areas, but hot new bands in the current music scene.

The line-up includes Good Shoes, Lightspeed Champion, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Let's Wrestle, Frank Turner, Sam Isaac, Thomas Tantrum, Jay Jay Pistolet, The Xcerts, Maths Class, The Foxes, Luke Leighfield, Melancholy Moose Society, Dance! Party!, Fresh Legs, I!Amyou, The Mauves, Minotaur Explode, and Si Jubb Carruthers.

There will be a a 'battle of the bands' competition in the run up to the event for a slot opening the festival at one of the three venues.
