Live in the Park - CANCELLED 2008

On Saturday 28th June Gloucester Main Park in Gloucester hosts Live in the Park in Aid of Cancer Research. The festival will be suitable for all age groups and is very family orientated.

Headline band The Beat will be supported by [Spunge], 4ft fingers, The Favours, Demob, The Talks, Star of 59, Estevez, Sixty, The Colour Sound Experiment, Stillbust, Majoracle, Hellbound, Modesty and Caught in the Crossfire to name most of the bands playing all day on 2 Stages of non-stop music. The music will vary from Reggae,Ska,Rock,Funk,Punk,Heavy Metal, Folk and even an Elvis tribute!

During the day there will be bouncy castles, face painting to name just a few of the activities we will be hosting. The organisers will be inviting local charities and primary schools along to swell their funds.

Tickets are priced at £12.50 in advance and £16 on the day. Under 12s are allowed in free of charge as long as they are accompanied with a paying adult. To buy tickets click here.

All profits from the tickets sales will be made to Cancer Research UK and we the organisers are eager to sell as many tickets as possible as we believe that this is for a good cause that has affected many people’s lives.
