This Ain't No Picnic 2008

This Ain't No Picnic takes place at Kings College Student's Union, London on Saturday 27th and Sunday 28th September, and is billed as a two day celebration of live music and DIY culture.

Unfortunately Fighting With Wire have had to cancel their appearance so And So I Watch You From Afar join the bill instead.

The line-up features Future Of The Left who are the Saturday headliner, with The Polysics being Sunday's headliner plus live music from Brontosaurus Chorus, The Duloks, Fighting With Wire, Laura Wolf, Superman Revenge Squad, Super Tennis, Alan MX, Cats In Paris, Chris T-T, Copy Haho, The Diedres, Jam On Bread, Tropics, The Young Playthings, Bearsuit, Calories, Gossamer Albatross, Ice Sea Dead People, Let Our Enemies Beware, The Light Sleepers, Popular Workshop, and This Town Needs Guns. This Ain't No Picnic is a new urban festival, brought to you by the folks who also run Smalltown America. There will be two stages, a film programme, label stalls, a bar, and a Saturday club night until 4am.
