Bladnoch Folk and Blues Festival 2009

Bladnoch Folk and Blues Festival Friday 28th until Sunday 30th August 2009 held in Bladnoch Distillery, Wigtown, Dumfries and Galloway, in Scotland.

The line-up includes Joanne Shaw Taylor, Adrian Byron Burns, The Fortunate Sons, Blabbermouth, Connie Lush, Skerryvore, and Bellevue Rendezvous. With more acts still to be confirmed.

The festival will also have pub sessions, open mic slots, kids entertainment, and more. The event is a friendly festival, and a family oriented festival. This year they have things for the kids to do such as a climbing wall and a music workshop where the children make their own instruments out of junk!

The festival is hoping to be able to provide camping on site, and there are accommodation options in the area.
