Modernist Festival 2009

The Modernist Festival takes place from Friday 15th until Sunday 17th May at Hundred Oaks Caravan Park, near York.

The Line-up includes the following DJs: Ginger Taylor, Snowy, Andy Bellwood, Joe Lakin, Ian Gee, Walker Bros, Chris Donoghue, The Wakey Wakey Boys, Mike West, Dukesy, Yocki, Liam Quinn, Jason Chinnian, Westie, and Do the Dog.

Live acts include Eton Rifles, The Civilians, Davy Champion, Little Baby Cheeses, Mucky Blond, and What The Heroes Say. There are more acts to be confirmed.

The acts will be playing in undercover marquees containing a refreshment bar, raised wooden flooring, carpeting, and dance floor. Each marquee has a different musical flavour, Marquee 1 offers Mod, RnB, and Ska, Marquee 2 - Northern soul and Motown, and the Live Stage will offer various musical styles over the weekend.
