The U Festival has moved venues from the racecourse to Leisure Centre Park, Uttoxeter, in Staffordshire. The event has also had to move dates to Saturday 15th and Sunday 16th August.

The line-up will concentrate on on local Staffordshire and Derbyshire unsigned bands/performers with 16 acts in total. The music is due to start at 2.30 pm, and offer eight hours music for the two days.
Saturday's line-up includes headliners Accountable To None, and Rumour Has It with Crystal Clear, Dan Cropper, Nicola Jayne, The Future Sailors, Lucy Fielding, The Rock And Roll Vampires, Outcry, Richard Castle, The Metrognome, Adam Peter Smith, Fractured Leg, The Tenemants, The Low Orders, Already Gone, and John Mackie also confirmed.

Headliners on Sunday are Already Gone, and Breeze and Wilson, support on the two stages comes from Crystal Clear, Hannah Whittaker, Black Road Home, Nicola Jayne, Lulla Violet, Lindsay Smith, The Telephones, Richard Castle, The Maffa Kings, Matt Taylor, Livid, Tilted Smile, These Waves, and Blanco.

Entrance to the event will be via the Premier Bar entrance at Uttoxeter Racecourse. The festival will take place in the Exhibition Hall with a no food/alchohol policy in the hall. The festival offers food facilities. The festival also offers camping at £7 a night.

There will be a bar on site, with strict opening times and a drinks area (big enough) for purchases to be consumed. (The bar will open at 5pm each day and last orders are 11.00 to 11.30 pm). A family enclosure is now going to be on site with bouncy castles, dinky donuts, clowns, and more.
