Big Blue Extreme Sports Festival has been cancelled because of the potential threat of an injunction being sought by the owners of White Air Festivals Ltd.

Line-up
Newton Faulkner is the headline act for the Saturday night. DJ Brett Lawrence is the only other act confirmed yet for 2010, more are expected to be confirmed soon. There's a Rob Da Bank Party on the Saturday night and a 'Get Me on Stage' competition. Eleven acts (bands/solo artists/duos) will be chosen to play the main stage at the Big Blue Festival; three on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday days and two on the Saturday evening before the festival main headliner.Tickets
An adult weekend 3 day pass (Note these do not inc the Live Stage and Party on Sat night - separate ticket must be purchased) is priced at £20. A youth (15 and under) 3 day Weekend pass is priced at £10. A family tickets (2 adults + 2 youth) is priced at £50.Friday single day adult pass £7, Friday youth (15 and under) £4, and family ticket £20. Saturday (Note these do not inc the Live Stage and Party on Sat night - separate ticket must be purchased) or Sunday single day adult pass £8, Friday youth (15 and under) £5, and family ticket £25.

Big Blue Extreme Sports Festival sees a return of an Extreme Sports Festival to the Isle of Wight, offering one of the biggest mobile urban parks in Europe onsite. Hosting professional extreme sports athletes from all over the world, visitors can come and 'play', and there's an opportunity to try all the extreme sports on offer. Festival goers can also take part in the 'X-Mile' raising funds for the Ellen MacArthur Trust.More information will be here when available.
