Outside:Inside Festival is billed as a 'pop-up festival' and takes place from Saturday 9th until Saturday 30th July 2011 in Reading's town centre.

Events will literally 'pop-up' all over Reading's town centre with its landscape transformed by the opening of previously undiscovered areas, with more diverse buildings, bigger bands and eclectic cuisine. Pop-up venues, cinemas, theatres and restaurants will spring out from courtyards, closed shops, empty office spaces, churches, bars, venues, and open green spaces across the month of July.Accommodation
