R&T Festival 2011

Now in its second year The R&T Festival will take place on Saturday 6th August 2011 at Towerlands Park Ltd, Panfield Road, Braintree, in Essex and brings together a collection of Essex's local bands, comedy acts and acoustic artists.

Line-up

More than 22 artists playing on the main stage, and acoustic stage plus comedy, dancers, children's entertainment with Gigglecity, and a variety of stalls.

Main Stage: Another Dead Hero, Black Pearl, Damage Case, Ease Springs, Kings Cross, Stealing Signs, Takoma Star, The Lunar Pilots, The Mighty Boss Cats, The New Victorians, The Overwrought, and This Boy Wonders.

Acoustic Stage: Ash Hawes, Claire Wyatt, Di Billinghurst, Doll Set Tones, Holmes & Bhav, Kundalini Drive, Last of the Barstools, Lizzie B, Richard Townend, Brad, and The White Gospel.

Charity

1 in 4 of us will suffer from some form of mental illness in some point in our lives. All proceeds will go to the Braintree Art Group and help people who suffer with mental illness, and actively campaign to raise awareness & hopefully try to stop the stigma associated with mental illness.
