Z-Fest 2011

Z-Fest is a free event which takes place over three days From Friday 27th until Sunday a9th May 2011 at the The Zenith, Islington, London from 5pm until 2am Friday, and 12.30pm until 2am on Saturday and Sunday.

Friday

Nigel Thomas (The Foxes), The League Of Nations, Louise Loft, Justin D, Mark Handley, Stax Dempsey, Away With The Faeries.

Saturday

MiNGUS, The Connectors, Young Rob, Nick 'Devilus' Matthews, The Meds Collective, Geisha, Macchina Del Tempo, Shanice Steele, Strobe Circus, Flynn & Byrde, Lab Rats, GNA, Jess and the Band.

Sunday

Melody & The Boytoys, The K-shaped Rooms, March Of The Fallbacks, Resigned, The Jpeg, Knee Deep, Sysma, Higher Love, Hornet, Joe Housley and Tom Bailey, and Poetic Justin.

The first Z-Fest brings together 40 hand picked bands, artists and collaborators from the cusp of London's unsigned music scene for 3 days and nights of every genre covered so there is something for absolutely everyone, whether it be folk, blues, RnB, hip-hop, funk, electro, rock, indie or metal.

Charity

All three days and nights are completely FREE ENTRY and a portion of the proceeds will go towards supporting local and national charities. So not only will you be supporting live music you will also be supporting a good cause every time you purchase a pint.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.
