OxFest 2013

OxFest is a 3 Day Family Festival in the Vale of Whitehorse, and happens from Friday 12th until Sunday 14th July 2013 at Carswell Golf & Country Club Faringdon, in Oxfordshire.

Line-up

Showcasing local, home-grown talent along-side some of the most popular and established tribute acts to ABBA, Michael Buble, The Beatles, Girls Aloud, Black Eyed Peas, Madness/Ska, Bob Marley, Take That, Fleetwood Mac, Elvis, Rod Stewart, Blues Brothers, and Bon Jovi. Plus acoustic acts & DJs, open mic, Ox-Factor acts, Boogie Me, Defence Academy Military Wives Choir, Witchwood School Of Rock, The Reaper, Nicolette Street, Jaggy Edges, Remedysounds, Lu Cozma With Steve Askew, Amrit Sond, Sophie Henderson, DJ Techniques Mix Academy, Zumba Oxford, Faringdon Community College, and West Oxfordshire Academy Of Performing Arts.

As well as the Main stage and Acoustic stage Ox-Fest offers workshops, dancing, and theatre.

Tickets

An early bird adult weekend ticket is priced at £40, and an age under 18 years weekend ticket is priced at £20. Early bird adult day tickets are priced at £20 for Saturday, and £20 for Sunday, with kids half price. All children aged under 5 years can attend for free. Free on site parking is also available.

Camping from £15 per tent for the weekend.

The main Dining and Bar areas are covered in case of inclement weather and all have views of the Main Arena and Stage.

A wide variety of food and drink from local suppliers will be available.

Other activities include Zorb Balls, Inflatable Boats and kids Go-Karts, Inflatables, Rides, Local Arts and Crafts, Stalls, Workshops, Zumba, Kids Zone, Kids Discos, Kids Soft Play and Children's Entertainers are all planned. Gates open from 2pm Friday and from 10am Saturday and Sunday.

Camping is available on all three nights and there are also opportunities to hire a Tipi. The event also offers a crèche hosted by Old Station Nursery.
