Rapha Tempest is a new festival this summer taking place from Thursday 3rd until Sunday 6th July at Broughton Hall, Skipton, in Yorkshire, and is a celebration of road cycling and the Tour de France, with music, films and foodie indulgence.

Line-up

The first acts announced are Echo & The Bunnymen, The Enemy, The Lightning Seeds, I Am Kloot, Josh Record, Crème Anglaise and Mr. B The Gentleman Rhymer.

Expect also a line-up of more than 30 acts will be added on the 2nd, Beck Stage, as well as DJs and a silent disco in the Campsite Bar.

Tickets are priced from £85 for the weekend. Four tiers of camping are available to choose from, from basic bring-your-own tent to luxury camping. There will also be a separate family camping area.

Rapha Tempest brings rides and racing, bespoke on-site camping, visual displays, music, food and drink, workshops, films and plenty of partying.

There will be guided rides in the days and evenings, a mini Super Cross (cyclocross), secure 24-hour bike parking, a rider recovery zone, and an on-site Rapha Cycle Club. For entertainment, there will be live music and DJs, an open-air cinema with film screenings and various scheduled workshops and talks, along with partner stalls and installations in the Festival Village.

Bringing your road bike is encouraged and there will be bike parking and a rider recovery zone where you can drop your bike off to be washed after the ride. Big screens will be set up for anyone wishing to watch the great race. Stages are easily accessible on two wheels - stage 1 is just three miles and stage two is 9 miles away from the festival site.
