The 10th Perthshire Amber Festival runs from Friday 24th October until Sunday 2th November in various venues around Perth and Kinross, Scotland. The event was created, managed by and stars Dougie MacLean and his family, and brings together many musicians and entertainers from different parts of the world who have been involved with Dougie MacLean over the years.

It also provides an opportunity for him to perform little heard songs, as well as well known favourites! From the first festival in 2005 Dougie has delivered, (as far as earthly possible!) his promise of 'no song being repeated'.

Line-up

Dougie MacLean will be performing with the Royal Scottish National Orchestra on Friday 31 October. This year's line-up is led by Eddi Reader, Duncan Chisholm and Rachel Sermanni. The programme also features home grown talent including Emily Smith, Tom Spiers and the Mischa McPherson Trio and international musicians including The Paperboys from Vancouver, Eliza Lynn from Nashville and Buddy MacDonald from Cape Breton.
