Shambala presents Starry Skies a family camping event held at Barton Hill Farm on the Kentchurch Estate, Herefordshire in the Monnow Valley on the Welsh Borders between Wednesday 24th and Sunday 28th of July.

This new event sees Shambala offer another family camping holiday event with activities for kids and adults, music, facilities, great food and a laid back, communal vibe.Kids activities
Kids organised activites include den building, tree climbing, bushcraft skills, forest school, wild swimming, farm tours, storytelling in the woods, natural arts and crafts, star gazing and cookery lessons.Adult activities
Adults have plenty to choose from too with The 'Me Time' Therapy Lounge, hot tubs, a bar serving everything from real ale to cocktails and post-watershed live entertainment in the Giant Tipi Centre Camp including a swing night (dancing, not car keys in a bowl!), The Starry Skies Cinema Club and The Battle of the Dad DJs.There'll also be loads of activities for families to take part in together including the Family Sports Day and The Big BBQ.

Campers can expect lots of Shambala style flourishes and attention to detail, for additional fees festival goers can have a campfire set up for them and dressing up boxes will be dotted around the site. There are also luxury yurts for hire, hot showers, compost loos, wheelbarrows and helpers for transporting gear to and from the car and lots of undercover areas adorned with cushions and rugs.The onsite restaurant, Henry's Beard Café, will serve homemade, locally sourced fare throughout the day and the camp shop will be well stocked with delicious local produce to cook on your campfire. As an optional extra, campers can even have fresh croissants, bread and papers delivered to their tents each morning.
