Since 2013 Montenegro's Southern Soul Festival, has offered four days of music across two stages at The Dolcinium Kite Club on Copacabana Beach, the longest sandy beach on the Mediterranean coast, in the surroundings of a world famous kite surfing mecca, with regular pros on display.
