Staycation Live 2012

Returning for a second year Staycation Live is a FREE open-air concert set in Phillips Memorial Park, Godalming, as well as venues throughout town happening on Saturday 11th August 2012 from 11am until 2am.

Line-up

Main Stage
Will and The People, Royal Gala, Tree House Fire, Felix Fables, Autumn Red, Common Tongues, James Deane, and more to be announced.

Once it gets dark, the festival moves into town to the following venues:

The Slug & Lettuce
Bass stage powered by Rotation & NineBar featuring Random Scarves, BeetRecca, Rosko John, Subterra, Dtrac3d, Lean, and Nominal Frequency.

The Lounge
Breaks stage powered by TST & Sherman Audio featuring Rennie Pilgrem, James D'Ley, Mr Basista, and Able & Levski.

The Star
Natalie Ross and Friends acoustic stage powered by TST Live featuring Anna Neale, Jasmine Rodgers, Paul Carella, Laul Hurlow, and more to be announced.

Red Lion
Metal Stage featuring Polar (DJ set), Via the Void, and more to be announced.

The Rose & Crown
Bang Zoom stage powered by the Solid Gold Mobile discoteque.

The Sun Inn
Rock & Roll stage feat Tripwire.

On site

The event will be wheelchair friendly, and children are welcome, with the event also offering a beer tent, and hog roast with vegetarians also catered for. The event will also have a Beer Tent and food stalls including a Beer Tent provided by The Royal Oak Guildford, Slider (Sloe cider) Bar, Cocktail Bar, Jose Burt's Burritos, Dave Squires Hog Roast, and Noodle Bar.

Accommodation

This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.

Charity

This year's charity is Shooting Star Chase children's hospice, which we feel does great work within the local community. All money donated on the day will go directly to the charity.
