Established in 1994 Stompin' on the Quomps, is a FREE al-fresco Smooth Jazz Festival taking place on Saturday 4th August 2018 and is based in the surroundings of Christchurch Quay, in Dorset.

Line-up

Confirmed are The Taverners Big Band, The Daryl Ford Trio, The Taverners Big Band, Efiada, Pee Wee Ellis Funk Assembly, The Yellow Bear Quintet, Emily Saunders Band Featuring Byron Wallen, and more.

Family friendly

Now in its 24th year, it's a festival that is hugely popular with young families through to octogenarians soaking up the atmosphere and dancing to the sounds of bands ranging from Latin Jazz, Blues, through to the classic sound of the Big Band.

The event will have food and drink stalls and full information can be found in the souvenir programme which will be available from the Christchurch Information centre, The Regent Centre, the Captain's Club Hotel and at the event itself.
