Launched in 1997, The Mayor's Thames Festival has grown to become London's largest free open-air arts festival. This year the festival has expanded and for the first time, this year's festival will take place across an entire month from Monday 1st to Tuesday 30th September 2014.
Line-up
The focus of this event has moved away from music with only Imperial Wharf Jazz Festival, the Kids' Choir, Handel’s Fireworks Music and Illuminations, and Battersea Reach Summer Fayre, offering live music this year.
