Everyone loves the Killers, or so it seems so, judging for the disappointing crowd that turns up for the Liverpudlians. Latest LP "The Invisible Invasion" is one of their best pieces of work to date, and last single "In The Morning" is second only to "Dreaming Of You".

For a band who are noticing the drop-off in sales of their album, they do not heavily promote their new album, but opt for a more festival-friendly greatest hits set. "Simon Diamond" from their first album goes down very well, especially as "Pass It On" from Magic and Medicine follows a couple of songs later.

The new material that fills the gaps between the older material and "In The Morning" sounds very good, but apart from "Pass It On", the first true standout track is "Don't Think You're the First", with the band giving off a great summery vibe that goes well with the scorching Scottish sunshine.

Some of the weaker tracks off of the "Invisible Invasion" don't go down as well, which is a shame, as "Dreaming Of You" is one of the best sing-a-longs of the whole day, only to be followed by another, last single "In The Morning".

Although more people have wandered across to see the band, you can't help but feel that it's depressingly easy to get semi-close to the stage, and it kills the atmosphere a little. Some of the best T sets have been packed (i.e. Pixies or Muse 2004, and the Foos later on the Saturday), and the ample room is a little disappointing.

Closing number "Arabian Sound" does soung very impressive, but as much as the band have tried to pull the set back from the brink. thanks to the Killers, the Invisible Invasion failed to conquer T. Ah well, smile like you mean it boys.
