The third Ukulele Festival Of Great Britain has confirmed the dates for 2012 as Friday 1st until Sunday 3rd June, happening at various venues in Cheltenham, in Gloucestershire.
Line-up
The first acts announced are Gerald Ross, Nico'o, Manitoba Hal, The Re-entrants, Winin Boys, Ukulollo, Gus & Fin, Hot Potato Syncopators, Chonkinfeckle, Bettys Boys, Helena & Nora, Aisling Out Walking, and Owen Nied, with more acts to be announced.Tickets
An adult all weekend ticket is priced at £35, for anyone aged 16 and over, a junior weekend ticket for those aged aged 12 to 16 years is priced at £25 (and includes a "burger and a soft drink" (or equivalent) at the Exmouth Arms on Sunday), under 12's can attend for free but still need a ticket. Maximum 2 children per weekend ticket. A Saturday only ticket is priced at £30, and £20 for juniors. To buy tickets, click here.Accommodation
Camping is available for the festival off site the campsite has toilets, but no showers contact Steve Kincart on 07831 734683 for details. Hot bacon rolls are available in the morning (not included in price) as well as a taxi service to the festival (not included in price). There are also a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in Cheltenham itself.More information will be here when available.
