V Festival returns on 18th/19th August 2007.
A number of acts are confirmed with The Killers, and Foo Fighters and Snow Patrol headlining, and also Kasabian, Pink, James, Basement Jaxx, The Kooks, Amy Winehouse, Manic Street Preachers, The Fratellis, Primal Scream, Damien Rice, Babyshambles, Happy Mondays, and more. Weekend with camping: £130
Weekend (no camping): £110
Day tickets (either day): £63.50
The site is open (for weekend campers) from 10am Friday until midday Monday. The arena will be open from 12 noon on Saturday and Sunday to 11pm. Weekend Ticket holders (camping and non camping) should exchange their tickets for wristbands at the wristband exchange tent. Day ticket holders do not need to exchange their tickets for a wristband.
Car parking is available on site at the cost of £8 per car, or there is a £10 park and ride scheme from Telford. Camper vans are allowed on site at a cost of £50 per pitch.
There are to be no campfires and no glass allowed on site. No alcohol is permitted to be taken into the arena. The only containers permitted in the arena will be those carrying non alcoholic liquid in collapsible plastic, foil or cardboard forms of not more than 1 litre.
The bars are operated on a token system. Tokens are purchased from the token booths then exchanged at the bar for drinks. Some token booths will remain open for 1 hour after the bars have closed so vouchers can be redeemed.
Lockers are situated outside the arena by Gate 3, prices are as displayed.
