Walthamstow Garden Party, is a free weekend of music, theatre, arts and crafts, food and family activities in Walthamstow’s Lloyd Park on Saturday 26th and Sunday 27th July 2014.
Line-up
The festival will have two music stages will feature international and local artists. Saturday: The Brand New Heavies replace Bobby Womack; The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, Chicha Libre, Walthamstow Acoustic Massive, Jaipur Kawa Brass Band, Sondorgo, Debademba, and The Black Eagles.
Sunday: Tiken Jah Fakol, The Excitements, Ibibio Sound Machine, Kobo Town, E17 Jazz Collective, MC Afrikan Boy, Karol Conka, Kobo Town, Maison Des Jeunes, and The Black Eagles.
Accommodation
This event does not have camping but there are a number of hotels, hostels and guest houses in the area.

The weekend will also feature a sports arena offering family activities such as running and cycling with further family offerings throughout the park including bowling taster sessions, a mini garden party for under 5s and the soul picnic chill out zone with DJs.
The Real Food Festival will bring their extraordinary food from around the globe and a mini farm while E17 Designers Market will showcase local artisan designs.
Budding artists and makers will have the chance to explore the legacy of William Morris through arts and crafts workshops and demonstrations in the Useful and Beautiful Craft Marquee as well as explore the impressive and award-winning William Morris Gallery which will be open throughout the weekend.
