On site
Wimborne Minster Folk Festival promises three days of 'folk, family and fun', with the much-loved mix of dance displays, family activities, workshops and stalls returning to the historic minster town's streets.
There will be two dedicated family areas on Saturday and Sunday, with a packed programme of free interactive craft, dance, music and storytelling workshops at the Community Learning and Resource Centre (CLaRC) on King Street and more workshops, rides and fun activities on Willow Walk, next to Waitrose.
Festival-goers can also browse and buy at a diverse range of stalls around the town, including a selection of local food traders..
Camping
The festival campsite is Meadows Camping which provides cheap, basic camping within 10 minutes walk of the town centre. The site has toilets, showers and good 24 hour security. Entry to the campsite is by camping wristband only, which are available for £6 online from the Meadows Camping website.
Although it might be possible to turn up on the day and find an available spot, we strongly recommend booking your camp space in advance.
More information will be here when available.
