WOMAD joins forces with Bristol Zoo once again to bring you an evening of music from across the world, aptly surrounded by wildlife from across the world.
WOMAD at Bristol Zoo takes place on Saturday 22nd June 2013 at Bristol Zoo Gardens, Clifton, in Bristol.
Line-up
Diabel Cissokho, Katy Carr & the Aviators, Sarah Savoy and the Francadians, The Dhol Foundation, and The Barons of Tang.
Tickets
An adult (15+) ticket is priced at £17.50, a children (aged 3-14) ticket is priced at £5, with a family (2 adults & 2 children) ticket priced at £40. Children aged under 3 have free entry. To buy tickets, click here.
Workshops for the children will turn your little monkeys into little gorillas once they're finished. Much of Bristol Zoo will be open for you to visit the animals who want to stay up late. Bristol Zoo's Coral Café will be serving food. The Bath Ales bar will be there, as will the Bristol Zoo global bazaar.
WOMAD festivals

They allow audiences to gain an insight into cultures other than their own through the enjoyment of music. WOMAD aims to excite, to inform, and to create awareness of the worth and potential of a multicultural society. Now in it's 30th year, the festival has a friendly and family-safe atmosphere, as well as fantastic music from all around the globe.
