Well I've eventually had My shoulder op.. nearly 2 years waiting so when a space came up I jumped at it.. now I'm in more pain.. even doing CBD.... hopefully I'll be back to normal soon.. only thing is where my coxis is collapsing I've got a pain in my buttock..sooooooo 3 days after the shoulder op the arse people phoned me and offered me another op to sort that out but alas due to already been put under and due to as they said....a duty of care..... I've got to bloody wait for a month or so So some good news some not so 😊 Be good out there people life's going fast.. -

Going to be a wet one... been to long with out a bad one.... -
I seem to recall that ELO were a bridge too far for me one year, and took the opportunity to just park my arse in a chair back at camp and have a smoke and a chat instead. Did me the world of good, just enough energy recouped before the rain returned for one last stab at finishing the festival on a high note (spoilers: it worked out perfectly). -
