I figure 2 evenings a week of midweek training increasing to 3 for the last couple of months to include some 24 hour endurance training

24 hour endurnace training? that's dedication to the cause that is! don't know if any of the Rest of the World team will be that dedicated!!

Hopefully everyone will be in a peak state of fitness and that means I can spend more time drinking and less time physioing!!
