Has anyone had any luck with these or bought from this site before or know anything?

I spoke to them a couple of weeks ago and they were really helpful, said that my tickets were for the red campsite however I have still not received them and now I cannot get in contact with them and the address has changed to the arozona one, I have been told that this may be because they are swamped with queries and cannot cope with them. I spoke to trading standards and have been told they are a registered limited company but due to data protection they cannot tell me anything.

The office of fair trading hasn't closed it down so surely something must be legitimate, they've been trading since 2006?!

I'm covered by my credit card as trading standards informed me but don't want to buy more tickets incase these ones turn up, what to do????

Hi, i just bought 2 leeds tickets off a site, and when i emailed them, they said they were getting them from xclusive tickets. ive looked into them and i think its a scam.....ive not heard one good thing about them im afraid. I was told i'd get the tix 5 days before the event, so i suppose all i can do is wait! good luck by the way. xxx

I know it's just really tricky, if I leave it too long I won't have much chance of getting any!

Mine was PROMISED by Tommorow.

If it aint here then i'm going to have to get some more.

And if I receive the others any later I WILL get a refund even if it means me going to there office ramming the tickets down their throat and robbing the place.

but now there saying they will be here by wednesday, starting to think i've been bumped off!

This is a scam, I know people who bought V tickets from this site and they received an email last week telling them they will not receive their tickets as the company supplying them has gone bankrupt! They weren't offering a refund either... if booked on credit card you can get it back eventually though I think...

All these tout sites should be closed down, how do they get away with ripping people off like this?

we bought our tickets for weston park from xclusive back in march.

got an email last week saying they were being sent out but not received anything.

called the number on the credit card statement but no answer so we rang credit card company and they have confirmed xclusive

has gone into liquidation.....

we should get our money back thanks to booking on credit card but it will be a ballache!!!

got some off ebay for the same price as we paid in the first place and still plenty left with good feedback etc.

definitely a lesson learned!!!!

Really dont know why people buy tickets from these kind of sites...you can loose hell of a lot of money and its obvious the tickets wont come

Because there is no other way of getting tickets mate.

I tried to get them officially, I was on the phone constant for 2 hours, not a hope!

you've been mugged off methinks check out the v festival homepage and you'll see in the news about 5 people being arrested. The arrests are in connection with the activities of Xclusive Tickets Limited, Xclusive Leisure and Hospitality Limited and related companies, who are under investigation for selling tickets to V Festival.

just to clarify tickets for V are only recieved the week before the festival, if somebody says there going to be sent out this early you have been scammed.

Use only OFFICIAL ticket sites as specified by v festival website.

If it was me I would buy official tickets today then if by chance the others turn up nearer the time then sell them for face value on ebay or scarlet mist but I think you've been had sorry

my m8 got completely scammed by them last year for reading! i thought they had been closed down after thousands of ppl didnt get their reading tickets? obviously not.

I've got to be honest ordered some reading 08 tickets from them and regretted it straight away. So...rang them up and they were really helpful, i lied that my friend had planned a wedding for that weekend and asked if they could stop the transaction.........praise the lord they did!! but as i said my friend went with them and he lost the money!

before u say anything i did advise my mate to cancel his ticket.
