THANKS TO EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH EIID 08

Having just got back from Endorset, I just wanted to say what a f**king excellent time we all had (4 families with 8 adults and 10 kids) and to let EVERYONE involved with EIID 08 that your efforts are bloomin' well appreciated.

You guys are amazing just making this thing happen. The rain came down and the floods came up, but not once did I see heads drop from the organisers. Instead, all I saw was action as everyone pitched in to make the conditions as best as possible, given the circumstances.

One of the best non-music moments for me was that when I got stuck in the car in the middle field on the way back down on Sunday, within minutes I had three offers of a tow out of a shitty situation. Couple that with a guy with an open back truck just today ferrying people's stuff back and forth along the track to the car park, and for me that starts to capture the true spirit of the place.

Forget the attitude of some of the Security personnel (see separate post), so many other things override it that make this experience bloody good fun.

Cheers to everyone, you should be real proud of what you've achieved.
