Phil-itfc
I find myself agreeing with most of the shite, then he adds The Cribs!!
matty_boy
I am sorry but how can you call V a "serious festival"? Did you not see this years line up ? Pretty much all of the bands you guys said you don't want to see next year played this year. I have been to a few V's now and that had to be the worst line up I have ever seen. Apart from the Prodigy ( who made the weekend for me) and The Kings of Leon. 80% of the rest of the line up where bands that had only 1 album out and the crowed only knew 3-4 songs. Take the Verve I saw them at V about 10 years ago and they played the same songs this year as back then? I want to see a few bands that have got some thing about them and more than 1 album out. V is a good festival but i think it could be a great festival.

Krashmatt
Girls Aloud (eurgh! never again, at least not at a decent festival like this, whose stupid idea was that...) The View (ditto) Dirty Pretty Things (while I like some of their music they were terrible live!) Jay-Z (I don't mind him, but he shouldn't headline festivals) I wouldn't mind: Arctic Monkeys, Kasabian, Fratellis... but they definitely shouldn't headline, not even the C4 Stage imo Also, Travis SHOULD play, but in a MUCH higher slot than they did this year. This is a band who've headlined Leeds (correct me if I'm wrong) and they were reduced to a 3PM slot in the JJB Arena at V this year (which btw had terrible sound)

cabstar
I don't mind bands I don't like, gives me an opportunity to see new bands & explore new music. Infadels where one of this years highlights for me, as was Paul Heaton & Souxie Soux, I almost shed a tear when she did Dear Prudence. A moment I never thought I would see, thank you V
