Journey time is around 4 hours, so these transfers should be suitable for anyone with flights around or after 5pm on the 20th and 6pm on the 21st.

(I have a feeling this could be a long post)

After 5 years of T in the Park me and my bf have decided to try Beni this year, leaving the day after T in the Park (God knows how I will cope). We have our tickets and our flights, but found it hard to get accomodation.

We managed to get somewhere in Peniscola (35km away), which offered a shuttle to and from the festival. Which I have now found out is 25E per person each return journey. Checked out the trains from Benicarlo to Benicassim and they are just as dear.

We have only paid the deposit on the accomodation but unsure whether to look for somewhere else and cancel it. Just pay the shuttle,, Hire a car for the week which kind of ruins the alcohol intake.

I know it is short notice however does anyone know of a hotel that has any room leftin Beni, or anyone that has an apartment that has a spare room and wishes to rent our a room and share facilities?

Any Advice is appreciated.

;)

Ty

We do, however after spending 4 days in a tent at T int he Park we want a little bit of comfort.

We plan to pitch a tent anyway just for somewhere to go back to if we wish.

I am another travelling straight to Beni from TITP. I arrive in Valencia at midnight so miss all the shuttles to the campsite and don't fancy paying a taxi.

Prob gonna have to get a hotel at the airport for the night and get a train/shuttle first thing in the morning.

Does anybody know around what time the full line up will be announced?

Also around what time would you suggest arriving at the campsite on the 13th in order to get a good space etc. I've heard camp FIB is the best? Our train arrives in castellon at about quarter to 12 in the afty on the 13th and I just wondered if this is early enough.

Here guys.

We'll be hitting Benicassim this year instead of our yearly oxegen adventure.

I've been told the heat is absolutly savage.

I'm not as worried about myself as i've a bit of indonesian in me but i'm pretty sure one of the lads i'm going with is going to die! (The priest has been booked just incase)

First night at Oxegen last year he threw up in my bag and got serious sun burn on the sunday.

Naturally i had to wear the same pair of jocks & socks for the rest of the w/e

Wondering if you's have any golden staying cool tips? I've been trying to put my head around a can of that deep freeze stuff used for sports injuries. What you think?

There's no way to stay totally out the heat. Cover your tent with a metalic cover to reflect the heat away from it, try and get it under shade but really that's about it. You'll wake in the morning and feel you're in a sauna even without zipping the tent shut.

Luckily there are showers though.

So what you's are saying is a load of tin foil and a slave would do the trick.

I'm sure mother dearest would sort the foil but as for the slave to waft me cool, I think i'm gonna need a few extra quid :)

Happy days, can't wait to get going. Just got the tickets a few weeks ago. Got nailed on eBay but we've only ourselves to blame. Good music and sun. It'll be like the Rory Gallagher Festival all over again, only this time I hope I don't have the flu

Roll on Beni, though don't tell the boss, Haven't booked it off yet :)
